My first purchase in the recent introduction of super-articulated action
figures was the Marvel Legends Wolverine. While the figure was excellent in almost
every regard, his claws were made out of soft, pliable plastic.
Coupled with packaging that had the claws scrunched up together for several
weeks (on the boat from the Far East), the result was six claws scrunched up
and in some cases crossing over each other.
No amount of training would
straighten the claws permanently, so I searched the net until I found
this
article by Yo Go Re. Quick and simple, this was perfect for a
first-time customizer.
